Four different sakes with seasonal food
We invite you to join us in to the launch of limited release of Nigori which was just bottled a week ago. We will taste four sakes from Nøgne Ø, the first Sake Brewery in Europe and the Northernmost Sake Brewery in the World. Four different sakes will be paired with Japanese finger food made by Taku.
The sakes you will taste are:
1. Sparkling Sake: Refreshing and bubbly sake for the festivities
2. Junmai: Versatile sake with fruity aroma and rich umami
3. Nigori: Freshly bottled slightly effervescent cloudy sake - perfect for Spring
4. Kijoshu: Aged sweet dessert sake for the connoisseurs
You will also have the chance to taste Amazake, sweet sake made from fresh sake lees.
The sake will be presented by Sake Sommliere Kaori Ishii from Nøgne Ø. The food by Chef Arne Austbø from Taku.
The tasting will be held at Vespa & Humla in Københavngata 4. We will start at 19:00. Signup for the event can be done at Taku's webpage. All food and sake included for 550,- kroner.
