TIGER TRIPEL 21ºP, 35 IBU, 9% ALC/VOL
A tripel is a straw coloured ale with a big, dense and creamy head. It´s balanced with a sweet finish. We at Nøgne Ø like to do things our own way. “How to make a signature flavour in a Tripel?”, we asked ourselves at one point.
We concluded that peat smoked malt of Scottish origin was the answer. Subtle yet present. Enjoy at 6°C with cheeses, seafood or poultry. This product is unpasteurized and unfiltered.
Ingredients: Malted barley, wheat, malted wheat, sugar, hops, yeast and local Grimstad water.
