Yamahai Nigori Nama Junmai-shu

With live yeast as well as rice sediments in the bottle, this sake is our driest and most acidic, but still has low bitterness. Aromas and flavors are of crisp green herbs, lemon soda and white yoghurt. This sake referments in the bottle producing some carbonation and should be carefully opened after standing still for some time. Medium high umami. Should be stored cold!
