Favorite beer: Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout, Cantillon's Rosé de Gambrinus and of course I have to mention Brew Dog's Hello My Name Is Ingrid

Notes:The background of this saxophone-playing, wordplay-loving, pink workpant-wearing brewer is from the engineering world. In 2008 she graduated from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim with a MSc in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology. Through her five years in Trondheim she really discovered the beer world through the good selections at Den Gode Nabo and the weekly IPA at Trondhjem Mikrobryggeri. After a couple of years in the pharmaceutical industry she moved to Edinburgh, Scotland, where she after a year of studying along with one other girl and about 30 guys achieved a MSc (with distinction) in Brewing and Distilling at Heriot Watt University. She loves singing (badly) as she brews and is often found whistling Christmas tunes even in september (though she finds that totally acceptable as that is when the Christmas beers are brewed and bottled).
