House Yeast
Naturally occurring yeast, Grimstad water and the Yamahai method of brewing make this a very delicate and elegant sake. Well balanced acidity and sweetness, gentle herb notes, and a velvety texture produce great moments in your mouth.
Food pairing: This sake is a great choice to pair with sashimi; highly recommended are fresh white fish sashimi with salt, fresh scallops, grilled sea bream and pistachio nut flavored green salad. Should be stored cold!
