Favorite NØ beer: IPA and Saison, and Blonde……, and Porter for dark sweet desserts.
Favorite beer: Lot’s of good beer out there if it’s paired with the right food and settings!
Favorite sake: Not to experienced with the sake world, but amongst the in house products I have to say Yamahai Nigori. Looks quite weird with the sediments, but tastes great!
Notes: Likes the ”uncompromising” thought of NØ. We are small, but we have proven time after time that we are amongst the bests, if we’re not The Best!!
